Session Policies & Important Information

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Because many of my sessions take place in rented studios charged by the hour, it is extremely important that clients arrive on time for their scheduled session.

  • A 15-minute grace period will be provided.
  • After 15 minutes, your session will be cancelled and considered a no-show.
  • Late arrivals will not receive extra time, and the session will still end at the originally scheduled time
  • Please communicate as soon as possible if you anticipate being late.


Studio Session Readiness

  • For studio shoots, clients are strongly encouraged to arrive:
  • 5-10 Minutes Prior
  • Hair and makeup fully done
  • Outfits ready (or worn upon arrival)
  • This ensures we maximize shooting time and allows us to complete your session without rushing.


Deposit & Booking

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure and lock in your session date and time.
  • Your session is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
  • Remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session.


Rescheduling Policy

  • Reschedules must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Deposits may be transferred one time only to a future date.
  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit.


Overtime

  • Sessions that go over the booked time due to client delay may incur an additional hourly or half-hour fee, depending on studio availability.
  • Overtime is not guaranteed and is subject to studio scheduling.


Behavior & Conduct

  • I aim to create a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for everyone.
  • Racist, homophobic, transphobic, or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate session termination without refund.


Creative Direction & Expectations

  • By booking, you trust my creative style, editing process, and artistic direction.
  • Specific poses or concepts may be requested, but final creative decisions are at the photographer’s discretion.
  • Professional skin retouching is included only with full packages.
  • Mini sessions or reduced packages include basic color correction and lighting adjustments only.
  • Additional retouching requests may be available for an added fee, depending on the request.


Image Delivery

  • Edited images will be delivered within the timeframe stated in your booking agreement.
  • Unedited/RAW images are not provided.


Weather & Outdoor Sessions

  • Weather-related reschedules will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Safety and image quality will always be prioritized.


Minors

  • Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the session.


Agreement

  • By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed above.
